POST IMMERSION
We'll then come together for a weekend nature intensive in a pristine setting in Massachusetts, where you will be guided to an experience of inner clarity and external challenge.
We will then come together for 7 more weeks of calls to support you in walking your authentic path.
My Work with Men is Evolving
To exercise your full power, you need an open heart and a group of good men to hold you accountable.
On one end of the spectrum we play small and live in our comfortable bubble. We are connected to our loved ones and we do good work in the world, but without a clear bearing and rudder, we wind our way through our life and waste our potential.
On the other end, grandiosity takes hold and we hold suspect and unrealistic expectations of ourselves. We go too big or we get lost in the complexity of modern life. In this way, we also wind our way through life and waste at least some of our potential.
But there is a third way…
… and that is to get truly honest with who you are and where you are. When we slow down enough, get quiet enough, and get clear enough on what our real purpose is – we can then mobilize ourselves toward giving our gifts and talents and love in a fully embodied manner. With clarity of purpose, our peers hold us accountable to our truth and our expression of our brilliance. From this place, our actions and decisions can land fully and deeply in the world.

This program is for men who want to express their potential – who are already working to build a life of authenticity and action and fulfillment. It’s for men ready to accelerate your business, your relationship health, and the overall expression of yourself in the world.
The experience will offer you a chance to get really clear and honest with where you are right now, and will unearth an honest look at who you are. I want you to commit to the daily and weekly practices that help you live and act with integrity and courage.
I want you to take steps with “unconditional confidence”, not a fabricated arrogance but the willingness to take life on with strength and power, and navigate into the brilliance of life on your own terms.
The external world is not making it easier. There is noise and confusion at levels that are hard to work with. This group will help you stay grounded and clear, and help you cultivate your capacity to live boldly and with an open heart. The bonds that we create will both be a great refuge, a source of direct inspiration, and a container of accountability that holds you to your truth and potential.
We live with a lot of anchors that slow us down, some are internal and some are external. All are workable. Together we will pull those anchors up so you can move forward with more ease, joy, and power.
When we do personal development work alone, we make slow progress and we get in our own way. When we do it together we are naturally held accountable to our fullest capacity.

Dan has been guiding men to greater heights for two decades. As a wilderness therapy guide, men's work leader and coach, he has more than 10,000 hours of connecting men to their deepest truth and potential. As founder of EVRYMAN, Fatherhood Unlocked, and Rite of Passage, he leads the contemporary cultural conversation around masculinity, fatherhood, and spirituality. Dan is most comfortable in nature and committed to practicing and sharing work that brings our wildness and our love out into the open. He lives in Maine with his wife and 3 children.
