About Dan

An uncommon formation.

Dan's path to executive coaching is unconventional — and that's precisely the point. He began as a wilderness therapy guide, logging 800+ field days developing practitioner-level fluency in emotional intelligence, group dynamics, and high-stakes leadership where the consequences were real.

He co-founded Evryman, a men's development organization that reached international scale — featured in the New York Times, Men's Health, GQ, and the Washington Post. He trained directly as an executive coach under Foster Mobley of FMG Leading, and received deep somatic and relational training from Owen Marcus, whose lineage runs through Hakomi and Somatic Experiencing.

Today, as a Partner at Antara — one of the country's premier boutique executive coaching firms — he brings all of it to bear on the leaders and teams who are ready for real change. He lives in Colorado with his wife and three children, and is happiest when the work happens somewhere close to the mountains.
