WHO THIS IS FOR AND WHAT YOU’ll learn

This training is for dads, grandpas, uncles, brothers, football coaches, therapists, pastors, social workers, middle school teachers, professional men’s work leaders and unprofessional men’s work leaders—and any other man that hears a call to lead.

You’ll learn:

  • How to design and lead initiation rites for adolescent boys.

  • How to lead a powerful, high value men’s group that lasts

  • How to lead men’s retreats and programming from a relaxed body, an open heart, and a clear mind

  • A historical understanding of traditional male Rites of Passage, and how you can be a part of bringing them back in a way that makes sense in today’s world.

  • What our boys need in order to develop into adulthood in a supported healthy way, and how to actively guide that process.

  • What men need in order to continue develop throughout adulthood.

  • The underlying principles and conditions needed for boys and men to develop, grow, and mature.

  • How to work with fathers and sons in transformative and healing ways.

  • How to informally initiate others into the deeper layers of life, as a father, husband, family member, colleague and friend

This is for the men who will become the guides, elders, and firekeepers of tomorrow.

Artificial intelligence is accelerating beyond comprehension.

In this time of collapse and reinvention, we don’t need more male influencers.
We need real men who can hold the center.
Men who are stable in themselves, grounded in their values, and able to lead others home.

And the real dream of this training is that it results in some of our boys not having to reinvent the wheel 30 years from now.

Together, we’ll create an example of bringing back the generational responsibility we have to our children.

The Journey

This path unfolds over six months, through carefully crafted phases that shape your leadership from the inside out.

  • Texas | March, 2026
    We begin with a 4-day immersion in Texas.

    • First two days (March 6-8): You will be put through a challenging, rigorous modern day initiation experience

    • Final two days (March 8-10): We will break down the fundamentals of leading and guiding men and boys

    You leave Texas not just cracked open, but lit with purpose.

  • Mar–May 2026 | Online
    This is where initiation becomes integration.

    • Two calls/month (1st & 3rd Sundays, 6–8pm MT). 2 hrs per call.

    • Calls are a blend of teaching and guided practice.

    Month 1 – Men’s Development and the History of Men’s Development → How Boys and Men have matured across time and culture, and how we can meet that today.


    Month 2 – Mastering the Fundamentals → How to set the conditions for experiences that change lives.


    Month 3 – Courage and Action as Practice → How to build confidence and willingness to learn by experience. You will build your own unique path to mastery.

  • Colorado | May 1-4, 2026
    In the high mountains, your training is put to the test in the wild.

    Leadership without action is performance. Here, every man executes a real project.

    • Start (or evolve) a men’s circle

    • Lead a Rite of Passage

    • Mentor a young man or group of young men

    • Heal a core relationship

    • Use this training to transform your business

    You’ll be supported by monthly calls and peer accountability as you bring your leadership into the real world.

  • Participants will have the opportunity to staff and assist father / son weekends, adolescent Rites of Passage, and future men’s retreats.

  • Graduating participants will be offered a further path of training and practice that leads to a formal certification.
