Father’s
Fire

is a professionally guided weekly men's group for dads who are willing to step into the fire of life and lead themselves, their families and their communities into a better future.

Fatherhood today asks men to grow and evolve in an unprecedented manner.

Along with the traditional responsibilities of protector and provider, today's dads need to be connected, present, nurturing, and full partners in life.

There is a large skill gap, but one that can be addressed through training and practice.

Loneliness and isolation is the name of the game for most dads. We may have friends, but not the ones we'd call at midnight when we're in a panic. We rarely have the type of community and support that truly allows us to perform at high levels.

Of all the possible types of support, a regularly occurring men's group carries the most impact of anything we know of.

Father’s Fire brings together an immense background in leading men's groups and a deep passion and expertise in fatherhood and fathering.

Join a community of like-minded dads stepping up for their kids, their communities, and for themselves.

WEEKLY CALLS

2 Full Community Calls per month (2 hours long, 1st and 3rd week) – Thursdays, 7:30pm – 9:30pm ET
2 Home Group Calls per month (45 min long, 2nd and 4th week) – scheduled to fit the needs of the group

Each member of Father’s Fire is brought together with 5 other men to form a Home Group. These men will be your ride or die crew. Each Home Group has a professionally trained facilitator. This Fatherhood Unlocked Group Leader will be your go-to for logistics and will create the conditions for immense growth and evolution for you and your group.

Each month, the entire community will come together twice for calls. Dan Doty will lead the entire group for the first 30 minutes, offering practice, some teaching and the introduction of a theme for the session. Then each Home Group will break out for a full 90 minute deep dive together to explore your experience, get critical feedback, and receive accountability for growth oriented challenges.

On the alternate weeks, small groups will come together for an accountability and action call, where priorities and goals will be set and accountability will ensue.
